Die Gewinner (politik-digital.de wurde bereits 2001 und 2003 zu den ’25 who are changing the world of internet and politics’ gekürt) werden auf dem sechsten eDemocracy-Forum (Worldwide Forum on Electronic Democracy) in Paris am 28./29. September bekannt gegeben.
